Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the use of our gift vouchers. By purchasing or using a voucher, you agree to the terms below.

1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all gift vouchers issued by Baked by Anne for the purchase of our cakes and related services.
1.2 By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 Gift vouchers are issued and managed by Baked by Anne, based in Scotland.

2. Purchase & Redemption
2.1 Gift vouchers can be purchased directly from Baked by Anne online.
2.2 Vouchers can be redeemed only for goods and services provided by Baked by Anne.
2.3 To redeem, present the voucher at the time of ordering or payment. For online redemption, enter the unique voucher code when sending enquiry.
2.4 Vouchers must be used in full; no cash or credit will be given for unused balances.

3. Validity Period
3.1 All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
4.1 Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
4.2 Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient, unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced—please treat vouchers as cash.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Once purchased, gift vouchers are non-refundable.
5.2 If Baked by Anne ceases trading, unused voucher balances may become void, subject to your statutory rights under Scottish consumer law.

6. Restrictions
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

7. Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the purchase or redemption of a voucher will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
